Safe material transfer for GMP areas and clean rooms (in accordance with ISO 14644)

The HT Group presents a new product from its own product portfolio:

Certified material airlocks that have been specially developed for use in GMP-compliant areas and cleanrooms in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14644-1, as well as up to GMP class A. With state-of-the-art technology and the highest quality standards, these sluice systems enable the safe and controlled transfer of materials between rooms with different cleanliness classes.

Innovative solutions for demanding environments

HT Group's airlock systems meet the requirements of DIN EN ISO 14644-1 (ISO class 5) as well as the requirements of the EU GMP guidelines and are optimally tailored to the needs of cleanrooms, pharmaceutical production, life science companies, chemical sectors and food industries.

If required, we also offer the material sluice systems with fire and radiation protection depending on the structural requirements - an ideal solution for environments in which the highest hygiene and safety standards are essential.

Flexible variants: Active, partially-active and passive airlocks

The HT Group offers its airlock solutions in three versions to meet the specific requirements of a wide range of processes:

  • Active airlocks:
Fully automatically controlled systems that enable precise and efficient material transfer. Self-sufficient material airlock with integrated ventilation concept. Supply and exhaust air are not connected to the HVAC system.

  • Partially active airlocks:
Material pass-through with integrated HEPA filter based on the principle of low-turbulence displacement flow. The airlocks are operated via the buildings´ HVAC system.

  • Passive airlocks:
Material pass-through with mutual interlocking. Passive material airlocks are not connected to any ventilation system.

Technical highlights and product variants

The material airlocks impress with their robust double-wall construction and flush-mounted design. Made of high-quality glass and 1.4301 stainless steel, they guarantee a hygiene-optimized, disinfectant-resistant appearance. The hinged doors with generous viewing windows and all-round sealing profile, as well as the electric interlocking system, effectively prevent air exchange between the room classes.

The well-founded ventilation concept inside the airlock ensures perfect cleanliness directly at the product. A low overpressure inside the airlock prevents the ingress of external contaminants.

Certified quality and GMP-compliant processes

All systems are comprehensively tested, certified and supplied with FAT documents. HT Group maps all processes in accordance with the applicable EU GMP guidelines so that all GMP qualification steps can be planned and implemented in close coordination with the subsequent work processes. This means that the solutions not only offer maximum product safety, but also long-term reliability and low maintenance.

Safety from planning to operation

A strong partner for health and research

With these innovative material airlocks, the HT Group is setting new standards in the field of cleanroom technology. The modular systems are flexibly adaptable and can be quickly integrated into existing or new systems - ideal for the dynamic requirements of pharmaceutical logistics, the production of patient-specific medicines and other sensitive applications.
