Own production centre in Heideck – this makes the difference!

The heart of our production is our modern sheet metal processing centre. It consists of a central fully automatic sheet metal storage system, to which the individual production processes, such as laser cutting machine, punching machines, bending cell and various bending presses are connected. The additional extension with manual loading and unloading devices will expand the production centre so that we can produce components of any complexity and quantities from batch size 1 as well as series side by side. This is where manufacturing and automation processes are seamlessly combined.

Our processes are digitalised throughout, from development to production. In conjunction with the experience and the quality awareness of our employees we achieve the highest precision, dimensional accuracy and the shortest processing times for our customers.
