Project engineering
Within the framework of project development, we record the project requirements of all parties involved at an early stage, check their feasibility and clarify critical interfaces. We support physicians, planners, investors and operators right from the design phase and with hygiene and safety concepts. We plan from the beginning according to certified and validated BIM processes. This enables us to simulate construction designs in advance together with the customer and to optimise the operational use of buildings.
HT provides a detailed and valid cost analysis. Through prefabrication in our own production facilities and the associated assembly on site, we also control costs during the construction phases. This gives our customers the necessary planning and implementation security within the planned budgets
After the successful handover and commissioning of the projects, we are always available as a service partner for re-validations and spare parts.
