Ceiling-mounted patient hoists

The ceiling-mounted patient hoists allow patients to be moved easily in the room and bathroom and provides specific assistance for early mobilisation as part of rehabilitation measures. A distinction can generally be made between a linear system and a full-coverage system.

With the full-coverage system, two rails are mounted in the ceiling or along the wall in addition to the track in which the trolley travels with the hoist motor. Curves, switches and turntables, or combination locks for transferring from one room to the next, optionally supplement the system.

The lifting capacity of the hoist motor is 200 kg, but can be increased up to 375 kg if required.

The hoist motor is constantly supplied with power by a current-carrying loading track. Scales can be integrated into the sling bar on request.
