Campus Ås, Norway, Oslo

Campus Ås is part of the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) which is located approx. 30 km south of the capital Oslo. It is a research-intensive university that promotes free and independent research. With the start of planning in 2013, eight main
buildings with a floor area of approx. 63,100m² in skeleton construction were built. Upon completion, around 5,000 students in 64 study programs will be able to begin their studies here. The new research and teaching building for veterinary science was opened in 2019.

The laboratory area contains laboratories up to safety level BSL-3 and an animal and horse clinic, which had special demands at the room equipment like a heavy duty transport system, which was integrated in the ceiling area as well as the oversize door system.
