The hospital provides 340 beds, of which 30 are reserved for acute day cases because the main emergency room of the Louth Meath Hospital Group is in the Hospital of Our Lady of Lourdes. Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital provides acute medical and surgical services as well as maternity services for the Louth, Meath and surrounding hinterland, including parts of northern Dublin.
