Health | The HT Group turns 60. Report of the shareholder
60 years ago, in February 1963, HT Hospitaltechnik GmbH, now HT Group, was founded by Mr. Erwin Blädl in Heideck. As a shareholder and managing director, one asks oneself, what do we actually celebrate after such a long period of time?
I think one can describe it relatively shortly. Over this long period of time, the employees and the people in charge have managed to be successful in the market and to transfer salaries on a monthly basis.
In our case it is much more, we are allowed to give our professional performance meaningfully for health and research. Because since the foundation of our company, we have been developing and dealing with the design and equipment of hygienic and safety areas. In the beginning with sliding door systems for operating rooms and now as a worldwide supplier in a special niche.
We are a reliable project partner for architects, clinic operators, clinicians and researchers, specializing in healthcare and research buildings. We work very close to our customers and their requirement are essentially our innovation drivers.
Our competitive advantage is not based on cost advantage, but on consulting, expertise, product quality, production depth, delivery reliability and the economic actions of our employees.
With approx. 240 employees, including our branch offices, we belong to the middle class and are economically independent. As a constant employer in the metropolitan area of Nuremberg, we have been training young employees since the beginning and offer further education up to the level of absolute specialists in our fields.
Despite the relatively small size of the company, we have been able to build up a world-renowned brand in healthcare and research construction. The "HT Group". We have a strong international presence and we have been able to execute projects and create references in over 70 countries. These references show our strength and reliability and ensure the future of the company.
Our specialization in health and research facilities makes us a supplier in a very special niche with enormously high demands.
Our international partners and employees are an integral part of HT Group and an essential factor for long-term success.
For our anniversary celebration in June, our employees and their families were invited to celebrate together.
A large proportion of our long-standing international partners were present at this event. The common time was used intensively to exchange about the past and the common activities of the future.
Product innovations were presented and project examples were used to show the performance of the HT Group in 2023.
A highlight was the visit of the new extension building of the district hospital Roth, in whose planning and execution the HT Group was involved to a large extent.
As a special guest we could welcome the newly elected district administrator Mr. Ben Schwarz. He was impressed by the worldwide presence and the many international references and was able to get a live impression of the high-quality product and overall solutions in the HT Innovation Center.
On the occasion of the celebration, Mr. Thomas Fritsch, CEO of HT Group, recalled the origins and pointed out the groundbreaking milestones. At the same time, the company's orientation and plans for the future were explained.
We are sure that HT Group will continue to make its sustainable and qualitative contribution to our society and economy in the future. So we are looking forward to the next anniversary!
