Passive material sluices

Passive sluices are simple transfer chambers without active ventilation and without connection to a ventilation system. They are ideal for applications requiring safe material transfer without additional airflow.

The doors are interlocked so that only one door can be open at a time. This reliably prevents uncontrolled air exchange.

The current sluice status is clearly visible at all times via indicator lights mounted on both sides. For added safety, the sluices are equipped with an emergency stop on both sides. The standard sluice cycle time is 10 seconds, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Certified to ISO Class 8 or GMP Cleanroom Class D in accordance with ISO 14644-1.
