HT Forum - Academy & Experince Center

On 14 September 2026, HT Group officially opened its new HT Forum – Academy & Experience Center in Heideck. Around 120 guests joined us for a day of inspiration, exchange and innovation.

Managing Director Thomas Fritsch outlined the Forum’s future as a platform for healthcare and laboratory topics. Prof. Dr. Clemens Bulitta reflected on ten years of Hospital Engineering Trends and highlighted current developments in medical technology and healthcare engineering.

A particular highlight: HT Group will now be part of OTH Amberg-Weiden’s “Innovative Learning Environments” programme. The collaboration brings together research and teaching with practical application.

The subsequent panel discussion focused on “Prefabrication in Construction.”Thomas Schmid, Managing Director of the Bavarian Construction Industry Association, Johann Bögl, shareholder of the Max Bögl Group, and Markus Arnold of KLEUSBERG discussed current experience, opportunities and future prospects for modern construction. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Dr. Clemens Bulitta, President of OTH Amberg-Weiden.

The discussion particularly highlighted the potential of prefabrication and modular construction: shorter construction times, more predictable processes and greater flexibility—especially for technically demanding building projects.

To conclude the day, guests had the opportunity to tour the new Experience Center. Here, innovative room solutions for healthcare and laboratories can be experienced first-hand—from modern equipment to digital technologies.

Visit the HT Forum and experience healthcare and laboratory solutions on site.
