Presentation of our light sail for intensive care units - Light clocks the biological sleep-wake rhythm of humans

Dräger's focus day dealt with measures for delirium therapy and prevention

Up to 80 % of ventilated intensive care patients and 52.2 % of surgical patients develop delirium, which has serious consequences for patients and hospitals.

A scientific excursion on the topic of delirium – preventive measures can significantly reduce the delirium rate and therapeutic approaches can contribute to recovery

Under the direction of Dr. med. Mathias Schlögl (Head of Geriatrics and Deputy Head of the Department of Internal Medicine), renowned experts from geriatric medicine, intensive care medicine, psychiatry, nursing science and patient engagement reported on the current state of science and its application in 30-minute presentations.

The HT Group participated as an industry partner and presented the HT Cover light sail, which demonstrates a technical solution for the holistically targeted healing environment. The HT Group team explained the objective, the possible applications and the structural implementation to the guests, most of whom came from the medical field.

We would like to thank all participants for the constructive discussions and positive feedback
