The high safety laboratory with bio safety level 4 at Philipps Universität Marburg was completed as gas-tight stainless steel room system with security sluices and monitored access control to assemble a complete containment.

Researchers work at the diagnostics of highly pathogenic agents, life-threatening infections and other epidemic triggers within the hermetically sealed containment.
