Building Information Modelling

BIM planning

Structure and complexity of buildings and rooms constantly demand more attention. Right from the planning stage all requirements must be
considered and coordinated. Through interactive planning processes and 3D visualisations the user obtains a detailed project overview
from the very beginning of the planning stage.

BIM planning (Building Information Modelling) contains an enhanced version of our 3D planning and visualisation.
Here, too, a 3D model is produced, but it contains more than simply the room planning. All elements contained in this exactly match
the elements which have to be installed and are linked in such a way that the data can be called up at any time via the planning.
This planning resembles a digital prototype of the project and it can thus be ensured in advance that all elements blend with each other
and work faultlessly. BIM models are created in such a way that all groups involved have access to the file and each possible adjustment
by individual groups can be undertaken there directly.

A large amount of coordination effort is necessary in order to store all the project data and the interrelationships in the system.
All embedded models behave in a real manner, that is to say that any possible changes to individual building elements influence
the behaviour of others. A realistic model is created with which real calculations, such as for design or costs, are possible.
A decisive factor in this is the system "intelligence" which is created by the interlinking of the given data and relationships.
But BIM models do not just have a decisive advantage in the planning and construction stage, but they also continue to
play a big part after commissioning of the project. Wherever a malfunction occurs in a building, the responsible department is
informed by the BIM model and may be taken via a mobile terminal directly to the source of the fault.

// Cost saving
// Shorter project duration
// Data security
// High level of coordination of all those involved
// Less effort required for you as a customer
// Intensive communication

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Building Information Modelling provides new approaches for the planning and realisation of both construction projects and the operation of buildings.
The HT Group supports users of the BIM method with modules and interfaces in the planning. Our BIM components are being continuously developed and adjusted to the latest state of technology. Revit components for your BIM model can be requested using the following contact form. ?We will be happy to answer any questions you may have on the subject of BIM planning.
